窓辺の向こうの向こうのもっと向こうは海だし、
未知の領域に触れることで自分が拡張されるなら本望。

Beyond the window is the sea, I hope if I can expand myself by touching an unknown area.

昨日読んだ本に「われわれは、われわれすべてが宇宙旅行中であることを忘れすぎている」とあった。
忘れないように、黄色い付箋を貼った。

The book I read yesterday said, "We forget too much that we are all traveling in space.".
I put a yellow sticky note so I wouldn't forget.

今夜、母親（71歳）は高校の同級生たちと、zoom忘年会らしい。
「1人だけコーヒーってわけにもいかないから、一応、桃サワーみたいの、買った」と言いながら、ちょっと楽しみにしている様子。
毎年、居酒屋で集まってるけど、今年はオンラインで開催、とのこと。
50年来の旧友とこうやって同じ時間を過ごすだなんて、すごいよなぁ。なんだか感動しちゃう。

Tonight, my mother (71 years old) seems to have a zoom year-end party with her high school classmates.
"I can't have a cup of coffee alone, so I just bought a peach sour." she said, looking forward to it.
They meet at izakaya every year, but this year they will be held online.
It's amazing to spend the same time with her old friend for 50 years. I'm kind of impressed.

私は今夜は、月を見上げる予定です。
きれいに見えるといいな。

I will look up at the moon tonight.
I hope it looks beautiful.
